Last updated · 9 August 2026
This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. It applies to all use of the Service, including through the gateway and API.
1. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe others' rights (including intellectual property, privacy or data protection);
- produce, distribute or facilitate malware, attacks, phishing, spam, or any unauthorised offensive-security activity;
- generate unlawful content, including material relating to the exploitation of minors, incitement to violence or hatred, or harassment;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data, or to circumvent the Service's security, metering or billing measures;
- resell, redistribute or provide wholesale access to the Service or the Models without our prior written consent;
- submit automated volumes designed to overload the infrastructure or to evade rate limits and caps;
- use Model output in breach of the Model providers' terms, including to train or distil a competing model where that is prohibited.
2. Security and integrity
You must not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorisation, interfere with its normal operation, or impersonate any person or system. Protect your API keys; all activity carried out with your keys is your responsibility.
3. Responsible use of AI
Model output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying it, especially before running or deploying generated code. Do not use the Service to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people without human oversight.
4. Consequences
If you breach this Policy, we may limit, suspend or terminate your access, remove content, and, where necessary, notify the competent authorities. Where reasonable, we aim to warn you first.
5. Reporting
