Refunds & Cancellation

Last updated · 9 August 2026

This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. It describes billing, cancellation and refunds for the Gamra Service.

1. Nature of the Service

Gamra is a digital service supplied immediately and consumed as you use it. Each request to the Models draws millimes from your usage allowance as soon as it runs.

2. Billing and cycle

  • Paid tiers are charged at the time of purchase. The corresponding usage allowance is credited to your Wallet immediately.
  • The price shown before you confirm is the total amount charged. No fee or surcharge is added at payment.
  • You can view your balance and usage history, to the millime, in your dashboard at any time.

3. Cancellation

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time from your dashboard or by writing to hello@gamra.dev. Cancellation stops any future charges; it does not by itself entitle you to a refund of an allowance already consumed.

4. Refunds

  • Purchases are non-refundable. The usage allowance is credited to your Wallet in full at the moment of purchase and the Service is available from that moment. We do not grant refunds, whole or partial, of either consumed or unconsumed allowance.
  • Billing errors — this does not apply to charges made in error, twice, or without authorisation, which are corrected under section 5. Returning money that should never have been taken is not a refund.
  • Expiry — unused allowance expires six (6) months after it is granted (section 4bis). Expired allowance carries no right to a refund or to any substitute.

These rules do not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

4bis. Expiry of the usage allowance

Usage allowance expires six (6) months after it is granted. The period runs from the date of each credit, separately for each one: a top-up made in January expires in July, independently of a top-up made in March.

  • Usage draws down the allowance closest to expiry first.
  • The date and amount of the next tranche to expire are shown in your dashboard.
  • We recommend checking your dashboard, which always shows the date and amount of the next tranche to expire. We aim to warn you before credit lapses, but this is not an individual notification obligation.
  • Expired allowance is permanently lost and carries no right to a refund, replacement credit, or extension.

The free allowance granted at signup follows the same rule as purchased allowance.

5. Billing errors and duplicates

If you are charged in error, twice, or without authorisation, contact us promptly at hello@gamra.dev. After verification, we will correct or refund the amount concerned.

6. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Before opening a chargeback with your bank, please contact us — we resolve most situations faster and directly.

7. Currency and fees

All charges are made in Tunisian dinar (TND). If your card was issued outside Tunisia, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. Purchases are not refundable (section 4). In the single case of a correction under section 5, the amount is returned in dinar to the original card; for a foreign card, the sum your bank converts back may differ from what was charged, because of rate movements and that bank's fees.

8. Contacting us about a payment

Because purchases are non-refundable (section 4), there is no refund request procedure. For a charge made in error, twice, or without authorisation (section 5), or for any question about a payment or an expiry, write to hello@gamra.dev with your account email and the date and reference of the transaction. We acknowledge promptly and process valid requests without undue delay.
